How Dish Network TurboHD works?
Dish Network HD channels are grouped into four packages (TurboHD Bronze, TurboHD Silver, TurboHD Gold, and TurboHD Platinum) that can be ordered separately or along with Dish Network standard packages (AT 100, AT 200, AT 250, AEP). If ordered separately, TurboHD Bronze, TurboHD Silver, and TurboHD Gold cost $24.99/mo, $32.99/mo, $39.99/mo respectively. On the other hand, if HD programming is ordered on top of the standard packages, only $10/mo is charged.
How about TurboHD Platinum?
TurboHD Platinum is the addon package for HD programming.
When you order any one of TurboHD Bronze, TurboHD Silver, and TurboHD Gold, you’ll get the change to addup TurboHD Platinum (with another $10/mo) which consists of 7 premium HD channels. These 7 channels are (as shown in figure): HD Net Movies, NBA HDTV, MGM HD, NHL HDTV, Smithsonian HD, Universal HD, as well as WFN HD.
